With substantial experience in both the public and private sector, Mohammed brings with him a wealth of knowledge in Learning and Development.
Graduating with an Honours degree in Business, Mohammed boasts over 9 years’ experience in the Learning and Development sector and also has extensive involvement in training management and LEAN intervention.
Within his experience Mohammed has also taken on the responsibility for the development and delivery of Customer Centric Strategies.
Mohammed has experience of working within Talent Management in customising and implementing talent frameworks to support the delivery of corporate plans.
