Working in administration since 2012, Omar is a Business Management graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University. He thoroughly enjoyed his marketing and digital marketing modules where it allowed him to expand his understanding of engaging with the consumer using a wide range of techniques and thinking about the importance of the impact it can have on people and culture.

His experience in administration ranges from working in offices at wide range of organisations. Previous positions include roles at

  • The Office of the Public Guardian
  • The Insolvency Service
  • Birmingham Civil Court
  • Selfridges

His most recent role before joining HAD was as a Programme and Residential Administrator for the NHS Leadership Academy at the University of Birmingham. Moreover, he has had the opportunity to develop high level of skills in customer service and face to face interaction with members of the public all over the UK during his work as a brand ambassador.

His current role of duties is administration for the management and support team which also includes being in charge of the booking of rooms at HAD as venue hire. So if you have a query about a room booking or the facilities that HAD have to offer, Omar will be your first point of contact where he will do his utmost best to meet your needs.
