In November 2023, HAD delivered a 1-day presentation skills training to 18 British Red Cross staff members. The main objectives of the training program were to provide participants with the tools to plan and structure presentations appropriately, deliver
engaging presentations using effective techniques, and effectively communicate through both verbal and non-verbal means. In doing so, participants were able to develop their confidence and break down the barriers of public speaking.
