HAD provided a 5-day Negotiation Skills Training in Turkiye to 11 staff members from the Libyan Ministry of Planning, funded by UNDP Libya. The training was designed using an interactive approach, with HAD providing the training materials, pre- and post-tests and certificates of completion.
