Overview

Based on the findings of the needs assessment and following the recommendations provided in the tailored capacity strengthening plan, HAD designs and delivers training and capacity strengthening programmes. Our programmes are highly flexible and designed in close collaboration with the client and participating organisations, and hence may include any combination of trainings, coaching and mentoring sessions, and other learning activities.

Main objectives

  • To design and deliver a training and capacity strengthening programme that meets the identified needs of the organisation/s through interventions recommended following a needs assessment.

  • To deliver a capacity strengthening programme on time, on scope, and budget.

  • To monitor the intervention, ensuring progress towards delivering project outputs and activity quality.
