HAD has partnered with Islamic Relief Worldwide to produce and deliver the Islamic Relief Culture Programme. This programme spans across all four UK Offices, IRW, IRUK, HAD and TIC, engaging all staff members in a new organisational culture initiative. The programme’s main goal is as follows; to enhance IR’s values-driven organisational culture, where IR values are mainstreamed and embedded in everyday actions, behaviour, and decisions, throughout the IR Family.
