HAD has partnered with Islamic Relief Worldwide to produce and deliver the Islamic Relief Culture Programme. This programme spans across all four UK offices – IRW, IRUK, HAD and TIC – engaging all staff members in a new organisational culture initiative. The programme’s main goal is to enhance IR’s values-driven organisational culture, where IR values are mainstreamed and embedded in everyday actions, behaviour, and decisions, throughout the IR Family.
