The humanitarian needs of refugees are increasing with no sufficient funds to meet those needs. More than 1,900 Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed and thousands more injured since conflict broke out in July. Damage to public infrastructure has left over 1.5 million people without reliable access to basic services, including water and sanitation, and the public health system is close to collapse.
