Course overview
A study in spanning 36 countries with 192 participants operating in the humanitarian sector found that 63% were unaware of, or have not received training on, self-care or stress management from agencies. Attending this interactive, highly engaging, and participative two-day course will give you the skills and knowledge required to recognise the signs and symptoms associated with common mental health issues, respond effectively, and provide ‘first-line’ help and support.
