Mental Health First Aid
Programme Overview
Mental Health First Aid :A study in the humanitarian sector spanning 36 countries with 192 participants found that 63% were unaware of, or have not received training on self-care or stress management from agencies. Attending this interactive, highly engaging and participative two day course will give you the skills and knowledge required to recognise the signs and symptoms associated with common mental health issues, respond effectively and provide “first line” help and support in order to reduce the trauma experienced by someone with mental health issues.
