Course overview

The purpose of Project DPro is to improve and develop participants’ project management capacities, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects they manage. The training course prepares participants for the Project DPro examination. Those who pass the examination will obtain the Project DPro certification, which is a development sector-specific project management qualification recognised worldwide.

Main objectives:

  • To learn how to manage humanitarian projects in a more informed, controlled, and cost-effective way, which in turn reduces stress and avoidable complications.

  • To understand and deploy key project management principles and project cycle phases for improved project delivery.

  • To be able to adapt Project DPro teachings to specific project contexts.

  • To pass the Project DPro examination, which is taken at the end of the course.
