Course overview
This training is about learning and practicing essential coaching skills to have higher-level, more conscious conversations with people, be they clients, peers, or employees you manage. This interactive, hands-on workshop involves teaches participants to use HAD’s coaching model and to give feedback in a constructive and sensitive manner. The course requires some pre-work and participants will need to bring with them situational examples to work through during the sessions.
