Programme Overview

This training is about learning and practicing the essential coaching skills to have a higher level, more conscious conversation with people you are in contact with whether there are clients, peers or you manage them. This is a very interactive and hands-on workshop with lots of practice. You will learn to use a very useful coaching model and to give feedback in a constructive and sensitive manner. There will be a little pre-work and you will be asked to bring some situations to work with.
