Course overview

This training programme is targeted at experienced board members and executives. A highly participatory course, it draws on executives’ experiences to strengthen their understanding of applying governance principles in line with common best practices.

Main objectives:

  • To develop a clear idea of what is meant by ‘governance’ in the context of organisations.

  • To reflect upon and apply the basic principles of good governance.

  • To be quipped with, or know where to find, the tools for the key processes in the annual board cycle.
