Programme Overview

This intensive training equips participants with the skills to fulfil their management potential. MDP provides humanitarians with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency, both individually and as a team, helping to create an impact for the wider organisation. Following the completion of the MDP, participants will have the opportunity to gain the prestigious and ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management, which is equivalent to a degree.
