The internship programme was an excellent experience for me as I had the chance to determine whether or not the industry I wanted to go in was right for me. During my Internship, I picked up valuable skills such as communication skills as I had to liaise with different levels of management and staff within the organisation. I was also heavily involved in recruitment and learned a lot about the HR processes within the organisation. Picking up these skills was huge stepping stone I my personal and professional development and after my internship ended, I was rewarded with a role within the organisation to which I am still working within today!
